UX Case Study — Redesign of Tapin Shipment Management Panel

• Tapin Panel is a complete platform for managing and sending postal shipments. It allows users to send their packages through different delivery service providers.
• The panel is designed for both small and large businesses, especially those with a high volume of shipments. In addition to making the sending process simple, it also handles the more complex steps needed to make sure the package reaches the recipient.
• Key features of the panel include order management, shipment tracking, coordination with multiple postal companies, and detailed reporting. Tapin aims to simplify and optimize the shipping process, offering users a smooth and unified experience that meets the needs of various types of businesses.
• The panel is available in both desktop and mobile versions (PWA), provided in both English and Farsi, and it supports both light and dark modes to improve accessibility and user comfort across different environments.

Comprehensive Psychometrics & Diagnostic Assessment Platform

• We designed a custom MBTI test for Makin Educational Institute to assess applicants’ personalities before they join. This test helps the institute improve how they teach and interact with students.
• The system is web-based and supports three types of users: the psychologist, the admin, and the applicant (test taker). It includes two separate panels for the psychologist and the admin, and dedicated pages for the applicant.
• This design was created based on user research and has greatly improved the quality and effectiveness of the institute’s education.
